From Concept to Launch — A Signature New Build

This project commenced with a shared ambition: to identify the yacht that would perfectly reflect the owner’s lifestyle, expectations, and long-term aspirations. From the earliest consultations, D-Empire Group guided the owner through the selection process, shaping the concept and defining the foundation of a truly exceptional vessel.

Appointed as Build Managers and Owner’s Representatives, we assumed full stewardship of the construction, working in close partnership with the Sanlorenzo Shipyard to ensure flawless execution at every stage. Technical supervision, quality control, timelines, and financial oversight were managed with precision, safeguarding both performance and craftsmanship without compromise.

Beyond construction, D-Empire Group curated the complete outfitting and operational readiness of the yacht — delivering a fully guest-ready experience, recruiting and structuring the crew, and refining every detail to the highest hospitality standards. In parallel, we collaborated closely with the central charter agency to position the yacht strategically for global charter visibility and market presence.

The journey will culminate in the official launch in February 2026 — a defining moment that celebrates disciplined project leadership, discreet excellence, and a shared pursuit of perfection.
